Franchise POS
One brand standard, each franchisee’s own books, and the fees worked out from their sales.
delEat works out royalty, local marketing and brand fund fees from each outlet’s own sales, keeps each franchisee’s books under its own legal entity and TRN, and holds the recipes and the menu at head office.

Franchise fees
The fees, from the same sales every report reads.
So the royalty and the sales report never disagree.
- Three rates
- Royalty, local marketing and brand advertising, 7, 2 and 1 percent by default, for the whole network, one brand or one outlet, each from its own start date.
- Four charge bases
- Gross sales or net of discounts, with VAT in or out, chosen per agreement.
- A monthly minimum
- An outlet that falls short shows the top-up as its own line, month by month.
- Operator periods
- Who operated the outlet, from which date to which, with their legal name and TRN, so a fee starts with their agreement.
- The report
- Base sales, each fee, the minimum top-up and the total, by brand, outlet or month, out to CSV.
- Kept from the franchisee
- The fee view sits behind its own permission, and the franchisee role does not hold it by default.
How it works
Set the terms, trade, read the fees.
Running the group
What head office holds, and what each outlet keeps.
- The standard
- Head office owns the recipes, and a change lands at every outlet at once.
- The menu
- One central menu, with prices and availability per outlet.
- Cost and margin
- Behind one permission, so an outlet manager sees revenue without seeing your buying.
- The books
- Each outlet keeps its own books, under its own legal entity and TRN.
- Group reporting
- Group BI across every outlet on the Command plan, with each outlet side by side.
Questions
The questions people ask first.
Which sales is the fee worked out on?
The base the agreement names: gross sales or net of discounts, with VAT in or out. Each outlet, brand or the whole network can have its own terms.
Does delEat raise the fee invoice?
No. It works out the fees and shows them before VAT; the invoice is raised separately and carries its own VAT.
Who owns the data?
Each outlet keeps its own books. Head office sees the standard and the numbers across every outlet.
Does an outlet the network runs itself pay fees?
No, unless a term names it directly. Company-owned is company-owned.
