Module 37 · Command and up

WhatsApp, SMS and email to the guests who said yes.

WhatsApp, SMS and email to the guests who agreed to hear from you, from the bill to the survey after the visit, with every consent kept on record.

How it works

Ask, send, listen.

Ask firstConsent is recorded per channel with the words the guest saw, and staff cannot grant it for them.
SendThe bill, the thank-you and campaigns go out on WhatsApp, SMS or email, and big campaigns need an approver.
ListenA short survey after the visit, the same review links for everyone who answers, and a low score placed in the manager’s alert queue.

What is in it

Guest messaging, feature by feature.

WhatsApp through Meta's Cloud API and SMS through Unifonic or Twilio reach UAE mobile numbers, and every message checks the consent ledger first.

Three channels

WhatsApp through Meta’s Cloud API, SMS through Unifonic in the UAE and Twilio elsewhere, and email through SMTP2GO or your own mail server.

A consent ledger

Every opt-in and opt-out with its channel, where it came from and the words the guest saw. Staff cannot grant consent for a guest.

Send the bill

A settled bill goes to the guest on WhatsApp or by email, as a link to their tax invoice.

Campaigns with a second pair of eyes

A campaign to a large audience needs an approver who is not its author, and a test send before it can be scheduled.

Make-good voucher

Once a manager has resolved a low survey score, a make-good voucher can go to the guest, and a recovery report covers them.

Make-good voucher

Stop means stop

A withdrawal cancels anything already queued, and a second STOP blocks the guest on every channel.

Surveys after the visit

A short survey after the bill. Everyone who answers sees your Google, TripAdvisor, Zomato and Talabat review links, whatever they scored, and a low score lands in the manager’s alert queue.

Off until you switch it on

Surveys and thank-you messages stay off until you turn them on.

Scheduled messages

Birthday, win-back and welcome messages, each approved before it runs. Quiet hours and frequency caps apply.

Message fees

Billed by your own providers: Meta for WhatsApp, Twilio or Unifonic for SMS. delEat charges only the module.

Questions it answers

The four you will ask it first.

  • Who has agreed to hear from us, and on which channel?
  • Which campaign is waiting for an approver?
  • What did guests score us after last weekend?
  • Who asked us to stop, and when?

Before you believe it

The five questions everyone asks.

Can we message guests who never opted in?

Not with marketing. Every opt-in and opt-out is on the consent ledger, and staff cannot grant consent on a guest’s behalf.

Do low scores still see the review links?

Yes. Every guest who answers the survey sees the same links, whatever they scored. A low score also lands in the manager’s alert queue in delEat.

What happens to an unhappy guest?

Once the manager has resolved a low score, a make-good voucher can go to the guest, and a recovery report covers them.

Can it send birthday and win-back messages?

Yes. Birthday, win-back and welcome messages are scheduled, and each one is approved before it runs, with quiet hours and frequency caps.

Who pays for the messages?

The restaurant’s own providers bill the message fees: Meta for WhatsApp, and Twilio or Unifonic for SMS. delEat charges only the module.
