Module 06 · Six on Tab, 28 on Shift, all 31 on Command

Thirty-one reports, costed off real recipes, out to CSV in one tap.

Thirty-one of them, in four families, plus eight views of the history you bring over. Every one takes a date range and an outlet, and every one exports to CSV, including the ones your accountant will ask for.

Cost of goods in the business summary is rebuilt from the recipes, not estimated from a percentage you typed in once. Where an ingredient has no defensible rate, the dish falls back to its published cost and the row says so. You always know which number you are reading. The history views are the totals your old till kept, by day, outlet, month, category, item, payment and order type, so last year is still there to compare against.

Questions it answers

The four you will ask it first.

  • What is the net behind the gross, for the range the return needs?
  • Which items earn their place on the menu?
  • Where did the discounts and the voids go, and who authorised them?
  • What do the platforms owe against what they said they would pay?

Before you believe it

The two questions everyone asks.

Are the numbers VAT-inclusive?

Both, labelled. Gross as the guest paid it, net as the return needs it, never mixed on one line.

Can our accountant get them without logging in?

Not on a schedule yet. Every report exports to CSV in one tap, and the file opens in whatever your accountant uses.
