Module 29 · Manager and up
Every certificate, service and renewal, with what is due next on the front page.
The certificates, the services, the contracts and the insurance an outlet has to be able to produce, in one place, with what is due next on the front page.
What it works with
What it tracks, and what it never claims.
- Pest control
- Grease trap cleaning
- Hood and filter cleaning
- Anything else you schedule
- A calendar file for your own diary
- Annual maintenance contracts
- Trade licence
- Food establishment permit
- Civil Defence certificate
- Signage permit
- Named persons in charge
- Occupational Health Cards
- Food hygiene training
- Medical and other insurance
- A printable inspection file
- It sends nothing on its own
- It sets no interval for you
- It is not legal or regulatory advice
- It is your record, not an approval
What is in it
Compliance, feature by feature.
It keeps the annual maintenance contracts, the scheduled services and the certificates a UAE outlet has to be able to produce, with what is due next in front of you.

What is due, first
An overview of readiness, the visits due this week, what is overdue, and the same across every outlet you hold.
Add to calendar
The planned visits export as a calendar file, so they sit beside everything else in the diary.
A calendar of scheduled services
Pest control, grease traps and hood and filter cleaning are planned from each schedule’s own frequency over a rolling ninety days, in a month view and an agenda view.
Confirm, reschedule or record it done
Confirming opens a message to the contractor for you to send. Rescheduling and cancelling both ask for a reason, and a visit you confirmed is never moved by the system.
The staff matrix
Occupational Health Card, Food Hygiene Training, PIC certificate and medical insurance per person, each reading valid, expiring, expired or missing.
Annual maintenance contracts
Fire fighting, fire alarm, fire suppression, HVAC and gas supply, each with its visits a year, its visit log and its payments.
Persons in charge and their cover
Named PICs and a seven-day coverage view read off the roster, so a gap shows before an inspector finds it.
A printable inspection file
One document with the PICs, the staff cards, the last three services, the AMCs, the licences and the insurance, ready to hand over.
Licences and permits
Trade licence, food establishment permit, Civil Defence certificate and signage permit, with the issuer and the expiry against each.
Insurance policies
Medical, workmen’s compensation, life and ILOE, tenant-wide or per outlet, with members and who pays the premium.
Every interval is yours
Fifteen days, thirty days, a hundred and eighty: the frequencies are defaults you set and change. delEat does not decide them.
The cost lands in the P&L
Each service, contract, licence and policy posts to its own expense category, so compliance and maintenance is a real line, not a surprise.
How it works
Set the schedule, keep the record, print the file.
Before you believe it
The two questions everyone asks.
Does delEat send the reminders?
No. It plans the visits and shows what is due; confirming one opens a message for you to send to the contractor yourself. Nothing leaves the system on its own.
Who decides how often a service happens?
You do. Every interval is a default you can change, and delEat never presents one as a requirement. Confirm what you rely on with the authority concerned.
