Module 38 · Every plan

The daily GTO report your mall asks for, prepared from the till.

An outlet in a mall reports its Gross Turnover (GTO) to the landlord, who charges turnover rent on it. delEat prepares that daily report from the till’s own sales and sends it on schedule, so nobody retypes a spreadsheet. It is in every plan.

How it works

Set, send, keep.

Set the lease basisSomeone with the permission switches it on per outlet and sets the basis its lease names: discounts, VAT, service charge, delivery and refunds.
Send it dailyAfter the business day closes, the GTO goes to the mall as a download for its portal, an email with the report attached, a direct HTTPS push or a read-only feed. Past days backfill from the full history, imported Sapaad history included.
Keep the recordEvery report sent is kept, a changed figure is flagged and resent as a correction, and each delivery is logged.

What is in it

Mall sales reporting, feature by feature.

UAE mall leases often set a turnover rent on the GTO an outlet reports. delEat reports it in dirhams, for the business day as each outlet sets it, which can run past midnight, on the basis each lease names. It is in every plan.

Off until you switch it on

Someone with the permission turns it on per outlet. Each outlet in the same mall keeps its own profile.

4

ways to report

Sent every day

On a daily schedule, once the business day has closed.

The lease’s own basis

Net or gross of discounts, with or without VAT and service charge, delivery orders in or out, and refunds treated the way the lease says.

SFTP delivery Coming soon

Sending the report to the mall by SFTP is not in the product yet.

Every report kept

Each report sent is kept, and a delivery log shows what went, when and where.

Past days, backfilled

From the full sales history, imported Sapaad history included.

Corrections, flagged

If a sent figure changes, after a late refund for instance, the day is flagged and resent as a correction.

Questions it answers

The four you will ask it first.

  • What GTO did this outlet report to the mall yesterday?
  • Which days were resent as corrections, and why?
  • Does this outlet’s GTO include delivery orders?
  • When did the last report reach the mall?

Before you believe it

The four questions everyone asks.

Is it available now?

Yes, and it is in every plan. Someone with the permission switches it on per outlet. It is off by default.

How does the report reach our mall?

Each mall sets its own format. delEat reports as a download (CSV or JSON), an email with the report attached, a direct HTTPS push to the mall’s system, or a read-only feed for the mall’s own sales collector. SFTP delivery is coming soon. Where a mall needs its own file layout, delEat will add it once the mall shares its specification.

Which sales count as GTO?

The ones your lease names. Each outlet’s profile follows its lease: net or gross of discounts, with or without VAT and service charge, whether delivery orders count, and how refunds are treated.

What if a figure changes after it is sent?

A late refund that changes a sent day is flagged, and the day is resent as a correction. Every report sent is kept, with a log of what went, when and where.
