Clock in, no device to buy
Staff clock in on their own phone, checked against the outlet’s location or a QR code on the till that changes every 30 seconds, and can be confirmed with the phone’s own lock. Where phones stay off the floor, a shared station on the till takes a name and a PIN.
Staff self-service
Each person sees their own hours, asks for leave or an advance, flags a missed punch and reads their payslips on their own phone.
Breaks and alerts
Breaks, early leave and offline punches for up to four hours, with alerts to the manager for a late start, a no-show or a code used away from the outlet. A photo at each punch is off unless you switch it on.

Front and back of house by day and by week, per outlet, and last week copied in one move.

Can a manager at one outlet see another?
Only if the role says so. Scopes are per outlet and are checked on the server, not hidden in the screen.
Does it do rotas and hours?
Yes. A roster by day and by week, clock-in from a registered phone inside the outlet’s radius, and hours that feed payroll directly.
