Your own ordering page, at the table, for pickup or delivery. Nobody takes a cut.
Your own ordering page, taking your own orders: at the table from a QR, for pickup, or for delivery inside the radius you set. The same menu the till uses, the same prices, and no commission on anything that comes through it.

The order moves through its stages on a link.
What is in it
Direct online ordering, feature by feature.
Orders are paid in dirhams through Stripe, Telr or N-Genius, and delEat takes no commission on any of them.

Three ways to order
At the table from its QR code, for pickup at the counter, or for delivery inside a radius, with a minimum order and a fee you set.
One menu
The same items, prices and availability the till uses. Change it once.
One menuPaid through your gateway
Delivery orders are paid online on Stripe, Telr or N-Genius’s own hosted page before the kitchen sees them. No card details touch delEat.
No commission
Aggregators take 25–35% of an order. Orders placed here cost you your gateway’s fee and nothing else.
No commissionA ticket at the till
Optionally, an accepted order also prints as a kitchen ticket at the till.
You accept it
A web order waits for a member of staff to accept it, or goes straight through if you switch auto-accept on.
Straight to the kitchen
An accepted order lands in the same queue as a table order, on the same kitchen screen.
Their side of it
What the guest sees.
Guests pay the way they like: cards and wallets on your card machine, and on the guest ordering page through your own payment gateway.
Before you believe it
The three questions everyone asks.
Is it really no commission?
delEat charges nothing per order. Your payment gateway charges its rate, which is between you and them.
How do guests pay?
Delivery orders are paid online first, on your own Stripe, Telr or N-Genius hosted page. Pickup orders are paid at the counter, and table orders at the counter or from the QR on the bill.
Does an online order print in the kitchen?
It can. An accepted order reaches the kitchen as a ticket printed at the till. It is optional, so a kitchen that works from the screen alone can leave it off.
