    Why delEat

    Why run on delEat.

    Migration

Sapaad is tested: the menu, customers, staff, the floor plan and your sales history as daily totals. Foodics, Square and Lightspeed are mapped but untested, so they are on request. Every import has a map, a preview, a dry run and a rollback.

    What migration covers

    Arabic

The till, the kitchen screen, the floor, shifts, reservations, orders and clock-in run in Arabic, right to left. Receipts can print their headings in Arabic, and the invoice a guest opens on their phone is bilingual. Not every screen is translated yet.

    Before you ask

The questions operators actually open with.

    Is delEat really cloud-based?
Yes, one database in the cloud, every outlet and every till reading and writing to it, nothing to install on the counter beyond a browser. It is also the reason offline matters: a cloud till that stops working when the line drops is a liability, so the order state, the totals and the printed slip are all computed on the device and replayed when the connection returns.
How does the free trial work?
Thirty days, every module switched on, no card. We will load your menu and your prices for you before day one so you are testing with your own food, not a demo restaurant. If you stay, the plan you pick decides what stays on.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. There is no per-transaction fee on any plan, and delEat does not require you to process payments through us. Keep the acquirer you have and the rate you negotiated.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Every one of the thirty-one reports exports to CSV, and your data can be exported in bulk. An API is coming soon. Leaving should cost you an afternoon, not a lawyer.
Is it built for the UAE, or just sold here?
Built here. VAT is treated as inclusive and backed out of the menu price rather than added on top; money is held in integer fils; the business day closes at 02:00 because that is when service actually ends; each outlet trades under its own TRN, with invoice numbers that run without gaps and credit notes on a series of their own.

    Take back the Ctrl key.

Thirty days, the whole product, your own menu loaded first. No card, no salesperson unless you ask.
