About

Built by the people who run the outlets.

delEat did not start as a product. It started as a problem on a busy Friday, at a till that was supposed to be the easy part. It is made in Dubai by The Hungry Inc., the company behind The Bhukkad Café.

Who we are
The Hungry Inc. delEat is made by The Hungry Inc. Global L.L.C-FZ, a company licensed by the Meydan Free Zone in Dubai (licence 2649234.01).
Where it was built
On the floor of The Bhukkad Café. The Hungry Inc. runs The Bhukkad Café, and delEat was built in its restaurants in Dubai, at the counter and the pass, during real service.
Where it runs
On live tills, every shift. In working restaurants, running real service, not a demo copy.
Why it exists
The tools we bought did not hold up. A busy Friday found the seams in every point-of-sale system we tried first.
Who it is for
Restaurants like yours. Built for the floor and priced for it, not a head-office product with a till bolted on afterwards.

The team

A small team in Dubai, at the counter when something breaks.

The people who run the restaurants and the people who build the product work side by side. Nothing ships that the people running those outlets would not accept on a Friday night, and an automated suite, a live smoke test and a phone-width audit run against the product before it reaches a counter.

Support is live chat with a person, any hour of any day, from Dubai. Onboarding is done by the same team: menu loading, printer configuration and staff training, and a move off Sapaad with a map, a preview, a dry run and a rollback.

Today

What delEat is, in numbers that stay true.

Modules
48 in live service. Zero are waiting on a partner’s certification and zero are coming soon, and each one is labelled that way on its own page.
Price
From AED 149 per outlet per month on a 2-year term. Unlimited tills on every plan, no cut of your sales, and thirty days free with no card.
In the UAE
VAT by legal entity, and Arabic on the floor. Each outlet trades under its own TRN, and the till, the kitchen display, the floor, shifts, reservations, orders and clock-in run in Arabic, right to left.
