An approved run produces the salary information file the bank or exchange house takes, named and formatted for it.
Nobody is silently dropped
Anyone the file cannot carry is listed with the exact field that is missing: labour card number, bank routing code or IBAN.
Payslips that say what they are
A payslip is a payslip. It is printed as one, and never presented as the salary file.
