Pricing
Shift is the plan we sell: AED 429 an outlet a month on a 2-year term.
Add a module from AED 59 a month, and add three to Tab and Shift costs less. Handhelds, promotions and mall sales reports are in every plan from the first day. A till on every counter and a handheld on the floor never move the invoice: it is per outlet, not per terminal. No cut of your sales on any plan, and thirty days free before you decide anything.
The 2-year term is paid 24 months up front and the price is fixed for the term. Modules take the same discount as the plan they sit on.

Prices in AED, per outlet. VAT is added only once we are registered for it, and is then shown on the invoice. An outlet is one trading location, with as many tills and handhelds as it needs; kitchen screens beyond two and kiosks beyond one are billed per device. The module prices are below, and the calculator adds them up.
No cut of your sales.
Modules
Start small. Add a module when the restaurant asks for it.
Every module is priced per outlet a month, grouped by the moment a restaurant needs it. Beside each price: what it replaces, what it gives back, and what goes with it. Where a plan already includes a module, that is said too.
Prices here are per outlet a month on the 2-year term, for a module added to Tab. Yearly and 2-year billing take the same discount as the plan the module sits on.
In every plan, from AED 149 a month on a 2-year term
Point of sale, floor and tables, menu, unlimited waiter handhelds, promotions, shift and cash-up, dashboard and 6 core reports, printing and the print agent, offline mode, staff records and permissions, directory, setup and mall sales reporting. Nothing here carries a module price.

On the delivery apps
Online brands
Every plan
- Does
- Your brands on the delivery apps (Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, noon and more) through UrbanPiper, on the same till. Each brand gets its own menu on the apps; with Accounting, its own food cost and P&L. Add-on brands sell on the delivery apps only. Our team connects your stores for you during setup.
- Price
- AED 199 a month for your main brand on the delivery apps, AED 249 for each extra brand, per outlet. The same on every plan and term, with no setup fee, billed per connected store.

Build your bill
Tick what you need. See which plan is cheapest for it.
The total starts on Tab. When Shift or Command would cost less for the same list, it says so. That is arithmetic on your own ticks, using the prices above and the billing cycle you chose at the top.

Enterprise is quoted and not in this list. Online brands are billed per connected store and are not in the calculator; the read API is coming soon and carries no price yet. Message fees for WhatsApp are billed by Meta to your own account, and are not in these totals.
What the aggregators cost you
Every order you take yourself is an order nobody takes a cut of.
delEat takes no percentage of your sales on any plan. So the question is not what delEat costs. It is how much of your delivery volume you could take directly, and what that is worth once the subscription is paid for.
Your gateway’s rate, charged by your gateway. delEat takes none of it and adds nothing to it.

- − AED 479
An illustration, not a quote. Commission is shown as a band because it is negotiated per restaurant and per channel; the 20–35% range is what published UAE surveys and operator reports describe for 2026. Gateway rates are your own merchant agreement. delEat is priced per outlet, so the subscription line does not move with volume, which is the whole point of the comparison.
The UAE market, mapped
Where this sits against what everyone else charges.
Published and reported rates for restaurant POS in the UAE, August 2026. Most vendors quote rather than publish, so these are bands rather than a single figure, which is the honest way to read them.
Bands compiled from publicly quoted UAE rates and published market surveys, August 2026. Where a vendor publishes an entry price, the configured quote is usually well above it. One UAE guide records a starter tier at AED 199 a month and a real configuration at AED 556. Legacy on-premise suites price differently again: a three-terminal implementation is commonly quoted above AED 50,000 up front, before the mandatory support contract. Treat all of this as a starting point for your own comparison, not as a quote from anyone but us.
Twelve months, three outlets
A headline price is not a total cost.
What a three-outlet operator actually pays in year one, with the modules a full-service restaurant genuinely uses.

Comparison uses mid-band published UAE rates for the stack on the left; it is an illustration of how add-on pricing compounds, not a quote for any named vendor. Hardware is excluded from both columns. You keep the printers and tablets you already own, whichever you choose.

A tick means the plan includes it. A price is what adding that module to the plan costs a month, before any 2-year or yearly discount.

The trial
Thirty days. Everything on. No card.
A POS is not something you can evaluate from a feature list. So the trial is the whole product, with your own menu and your own prices in it before you take the first order.
- Day 0
- Send us your menu in whatever shape it exists, a spreadsheet, a PDF, an export from your current POS. We load it.
- Day 1
- Sign in on any browser and take a real order. Print to the printer you already own.
- Day 30
- Pick a plan, or walk away. Your data exports either way, and nothing is charged unless you say so.
Hardware, if you need it
delEat runs on hardware you probably already own. If you are opening new, these are the parts and roughly what they cost in the UAE. We do not mark them up and we do not require you to buy them from us.
- Android tablet
- AED 600 – 1,400 per till
- Thermal printer, 80mm
- AED 450 – 900 each
- Cash drawer
- AED 250 – 450
- Kitchen screen
- Any monitor plus a browser
- Card terminal
- Keep your acquirer and your rate
