Will slow movers stop me over-ordering?

Yes. With Purchasing on, the suggested order holds a slow mover back at nought packs and says why. Add anyway puts it back.

Is the guest card typed in by staff?

No. It is read off the guest's own settled bills. A guest with no dine-in visits gets no table chip rather than a guess.

What if an outlet is new?

The turn forecast waits for four past nights of the same weekday. Until then it says there is not enough history yet.
