Module 33 · Command and up

Royalty and both marketing funds, from each outlet’s own sales.

Royalty, a local marketing fund and a brand fund, worked out from each outlet’s own sales on the base its agreement names, and billed only for the days its operator actually ran it.

How it works

Set the terms, trade, read the fees.

Set the termsThree rates, a charge base and a monthly minimum, for the network, a brand or one outlet, from a start date.
Name the operatorWho ran the outlet from which date, with their legal name and TRN, so a fee starts with their agreement.
Read the reportBase sales, each fee, the minimum top-up and the total per outlet, out to CSV.

What is in it

Franchise fees, feature by feature.

Each operator period carries the franchisee's TRN and dates, so the fees follow the UAE entity that actually traded.

Three rates, set once

Royalty, local marketing and brand advertising, 7, 2 and 1 percent by default, for the whole network, one brand or one outlet, each from its own start date.

Company-owned is company-owned

An outlet the network runs itself pays nothing unless a term names it directly.

A monthly minimum

An outlet that falls short of its minimum shows the top-up as its own line, month by month.

Operator periods

Who operated the outlet, from which date to which, with their legal name and TRN. One operator at a time, and no fee for the days before their agreement.

Operator periods

Kept from the franchisee

The fee view sits behind its own permission, and the franchisee role does not hold it by default.

The Franchise Fees report

Base sales, each fee, the minimum top-up and the total, by brand, outlet or month, with every outlet not billed and the reason, out to CSV.

Fees before VAT

The figures are shown before VAT, because the fee invoice is raised separately and carries its own.

Questions it answers

The four you will ask it first.

  • What does each outlet owe this month, fund by fund?
  • Which sales is the royalty worked out on?
  • Who was operating this outlet on the first of the month?
  • Which outlets were not billed, and why?

Before you believe it

The two questions everyone asks.

Which sales is the fee worked out on?

The base the agreement names: gross sales or net of discounts, with VAT in or out. Each outlet, brand or the whole network can have its own terms.

Does delEat raise the fee invoice?

No. It works out the fees and shows them before VAT; the invoice is raised separately and carries its own VAT.
