Module 24 · Command and up
What your providers paid, against your bank and your orders.
Your bank statement, imported as CSV, matched credit by credit against what your card, wallet and delivery providers owe you, with every difference flagged. Platform payout reports are matched to orders once your stores are connected. delEat reads these statements; it never holds, routes or settles a dirham of your money.
In numbers
Settlement reconciliation, counted.
close
The business day closes at 02:00, not midnight, and it is configurable per outlet.ways
A split bill allocates to the last fil, so three ways on 100.00 is 33.34 / 33.33 / 33.33.What is in it
Settlement reconciliation, feature by feature.
It reads the CSV statement your UAE bank already gives you and matches each credit to the card, wallet or delivery settlement it pays. The delivery platforms, Talabat, Careem, Deliveroo and Keeta among them, join the order side once your stores are connected.

Payout report in
Import the platform’s own payout report, and every line is set against your record of the order.
Settlements report
Every tender’s takings, its fee and when the money actually lands, in the reports today.
Missing either side
An order with no payout, and a payout with no order, each flagged for somebody to look at.
Commission checked
A commission above the rate you agreed is flagged, rather than found at year end.
Integer fils, never floats
A split bill allocates to the last fil, so three ways on 100.00 is 33.34 / 33.33 / 33.33 and never 99.99.
Online profitability
What is left after the platform’s cut and the cost of the food, one row a platform.
VAT, inclusive and backed out
Gross × 10000 ÷ 10500, not price × 1.05. Shown per line, per order and per report.
Bank statements in
Import your bank’s CSV and each credit is matched to the settlement it pays, by amount and value date. A match can be undone, and anything left over waits on a list.
Business day closes at 02:00
Not midnight. Configurable per outlet, so a late kitchen does not split one night’s trade across two reports.
Setup checklist
Tender fees, settlement days, merchant and terminal IDs, and the patterns your bank statement uses, kept in one place. A statement CSV template shows the layout the import expects.
Setup checklistCo-funded campaigns
What each platform still owes on the campaigns it part-funds, across the network, with every order and payout behind its share, ready for your claim.
Questions it answers
The four you will ask it first.
- Did the card and wallet settlements actually land in the bank?
- What did the platform pay against the orders we took?
- Which orders have no payout, and which payouts have no order?
- Was the commission above the rate we agreed?
- When does each tender’s money actually land?
Guests pay the way they like: cards and wallets on your card machine, and on the guest ordering page through your own payment gateway.
Before you believe it
The three questions everyone asks.
Does delEat move the money?
No. It reads the statements your providers and platforms issue and reconciles them against your record. Settlement is between you and them.
What has to be set up first?
A Setup checklist holds the tender fees, the settlement days, the merchant and terminal IDs and the patterns your bank statement uses, and a statement CSV template shows the layout the import expects.
Which statements does it read?
Your bank statement as a CSV, matched against the settlements your card, wallet and delivery providers owe you. The delivery platforms’ own payout reports are matched to orders once your stores are connected. There is no bank feed: you import the file.
